Ecommerce Manager, up to £53,000 per annum, West London

Are you ready to take ownership of a global ecommerce operation for a premium consumer brand? We’re hiring an Ecommerce Manager to drive digital performance across the UK, US, and European markets. Based in West London (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office), this role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded brand, delivering exceptional online customer experiences while driving commercial growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of the Shopify Plus ecommerce platform, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. You’ll own trading performance, oversee website enhancements, coordinate content and campaign execution alongside copywriting teams, and ensure the ecommerce channel consistently delivers against business objectives. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer engagement, and overall site performance through data-driven decision-making.

To be successful, you’ll have proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or Senior Ecommerce Executive, with strong hands-on Shopify Plus expertise and a solid understanding of ecommerce operations and digital trading. Experience within luxury beauty, wellness, premium consumer goods, or a similar sector is highly desirable. You’ll combine strong technical capability with a collaborative mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive attitude focused on delivering measurable business results.
