• Team spirit is key as this role can be challenging. Often you will have multiple cases with varying deadlines and so knowing your colleagues are at hand to offer advice and support will help you meet those deadlines and even over deliver.
• Get involved in our community through events we hold outside of the day job. This year we are raising money and awareness for Friends Fighting Cancer by taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge. As part of this we have been taking part in organised training days, Charity Golf days and hosting the Quiz against Cancer night at Worthing RFC.
