Forklift Driver (12-Tonne Capacity) £13.50 per hourA leading national equipment hire provider is looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join its busy operations team. This organisation supplies heavy-duty machinery and industrial equipment to construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects across the UK, and prides itself on safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

The RoleYoull be operating a 12-tonne capacity forklift, supporting the smooth running of the depot by ensuring all incoming and outgoing equipment is handled safely and efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

• Loading & unloading lorries and heavy goods
  
  
• Operating a 12-tonne forklift in a busy yard environment
  
  
• Logging deliveries, collections, and stock movements
  
  
• Completing administration to maintain accurate records
  
  
• Working closely with the depot and transport teams to keep operations running smoothly
  
  

What Youll Need

• Valid forklift licence suitable for heavy-capacity machines
  
  
• Experience operating large forklifts (1012 tonne preferred)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail for admin and stock logging
  
  
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced yard environment
  
  

Pay & Hours

• £13.50 per hour
