Pay: £14.31 per hour- Days / £14.81 per hour - Nights
Hours: 24 hours per week- Days / 36 hours per week - Nights

In this role, youll be supporting residents with their daily needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

- Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
- Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
- Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
- Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
- Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents well-being is always the top priority
- Experience as a carer for older people
- A kind, patient, and understanding nature
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic and flexibility
