What You'll Be Doing

As a Community Support Worker, no two days are the same. You'll support people in their own homes with everyday tasks, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Duties include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Assisting with light household duties
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
• Offering companionship and emotional support

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable and caring individuals
• Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work shifts, including alternate weekends
• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
