Location: Lodge Farm, Northampton
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday, 18:00 03:00

• Sunday to Thursday, 20:00 05:00

Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Experienced Bendi / Flexi Forklift Drivers Needed Weekly Pay

Quest Employment is currently seeking skilled Bendi / Flexi Forklift Drivers to join a well-established warehouse operation in Lodge Farm, Northampton.

This role offers consistent night shifts, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week period.

Role Responsibilities

As a Bendi / Flexi Driver, your duties will include:

• Safely operating a Bendi / Flexi forklift truck

• Putting stock away and replenishing picking areas

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Transporting goods across the warehouse

• Supporting general warehouse tasks when required

• Ensuring all health and safety standards are followed

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must:

• Hold a valid, in-date Bendi / Flexi licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT accredited)

• Have previous experience operating a Bendi / Flexi truck

• Be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Be able to work independently and within a team

• Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
