The Role

You'll be supporting individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within supported living services and residential settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting individuals with daily living tasks
Encouraging independence and choice
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with community access and activities
Supporting with personal care where required
Promoting wellbeing, dignity, and inclusion and Maintaining accurate records and reports

What We're Looking For

A positive, caring, and compassionate nature
Previous support work or care experience desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable
A willingness to learn and make a difference every day
Drivers are welcomed but not essential
