What You'll Be DoingAs a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide 2:1 support to residents within a residential setting
- Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Assist with personal care where required
- Support individuals to access the community and attend activities
- Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
- Administer and manage medication in line with training and procedures
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Support individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy
Applicants must hold the following training and certifications:
Medication Management
Buccal Administration Training
Moving & Handling Practical Certificate
Epilepsy Awareness Training
Mandatory Training Certificate
