As a Support Worker, you will:

• Provide 2:1 support to residents within a residential setting
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care where required
• Support individuals to access the community and attend activities
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing
• Administer and manage medication in line with training and procedures
• Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
• Support individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy

Applicants must hold the following training and certifications:

Medication Management

Buccal Administration Training

Moving & Handling Practical Certificate

Epilepsy Awareness Training

Mandatory Training Certificate
