  • Experience: 10+ years of professional or commercial experience in Sales,   Consulting, Marketing, Education, Business development or Leadership Roles

  • Self-Driven: You don’t need constant supervision to tell you it’s ‘time to grow’ and are looking for more flexibility and control of your career. You are self-motivated, disciplined and outcomes focused.
  • Effective Communicators: You can articulate your vision clearly, are commercially aware with sound professional judgement.
  • Digitally Literate: Basic computer knowledge (Marketing exposure is a plus!).


Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Strategy: Lead structured, high-level discovery sessions with professionals to map out their personal and leadership growth trajectories.
