Salary - £11,624.60 PA

Location - Clacton

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, positive and active Support Worker to assist a gentleman in his own home and community.

The gentleman has sight loss, asthma and reoccuring depression. He can, at times, experience hallucinations due to Charles Bonnet Syndrome. He is very creative, with interests in art and museums. He can also play the guitar and piano.

This is a supportive role which is community based.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting with community activities
  • Providing companionship and encouragement
  • Providing guidance and support when out and about

Requirements:

  • A cheerful, positive and active personality
  • Someone like-minded who enjoys art and being out in the community
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Reliable, supportive and respectful of independence
