Job Summary

We are looking for an After Sales Service Specialist to support our after-sales operations in the UK. The role will work closely with fleet customers, service partners, and headquarters technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, maximize vehicle uptime, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide after-sales support to fleet customers and service partners, coordinating resources to resolve vehicle service and maintenance issues.

* Monitor and follow up on service cases to ensure timely resolution and minimal vehicle downtime.

* Support the development, evaluation, and management of local service partners and contribute to the expansion of the service network.

* Deliver product and technical training to service partners as required.

* Collect and report field feedback, service issues, and quality concerns to support continuous product improvement.

* Support spare parts operations and other after-sales activities when needed.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

* Provide on-site support across the UK and Switzerland as required.


Qualifications

* Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, service operations, or fleet support within the automotive industry.

* Knowledge of vehicle systems and after-sales service processes; experience with electric vehicles is an advantage.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Chinese or Germany is a plus.

* Valid UK driving licence.

* Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
