I'm currently partnering with a growing business within the finance sector that is looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to lead an established sales team.

This role would suit someone who loves the coaching and leadership side of management but is equally comfortable being hands-on, analysing performance, driving accountability and helping their team consistently achieve results.

What they're looking for:

• Experience managing managers

• A proven track record of improving individual and team performance

• Strong coaching, mentoring and leadership skills

• Experience operating within a fast-paced B2C sales environment

• Experience managing multiple KPIs and performance metrics

• Someone who can create a positive, high-performance environment

What's on offer:

• £49k basic salary
