What does a recruiter do?

You sit in the middle of both sides, think of it as being a corporate matchmaker. But realistically, where and how are you finding your candidates, and how are you winning new business and securing new clients? This is what makes recruitment a sales job.

1⃣ Business Development - Speaking to companies and winning roles

2⃣ Candidate Sourcing — Headhunting, LinkedIn and networking

3⃣ Process Management — Interviews, negotiation and closing offers
