£26,000 base + uncapped commission

The Harnham Academy Journey

Months 1–3: Learn the Foundations (180 Recruitment)

• Headhunting and sourcing top talent
• Writing ads that generate leads
• Managing candidates through interview processes
• Building resilience, market knowledge & pipeline

Months 3–6: Step Up Your Sales Game

Choose your path:

• Become a top candidate specialist (180)

or

• Move into 360 recruitment - business development, client ownership, full deal contro

You’ll be supported throughout by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead, combining classroom training with hands‑on experience from day one.
