Are you a skilled 7.5-ton driver seeking flexible work opportunities in Liverpool? We are currently seeking reliable drivers to support our operations in and around Liverpool, offering competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a 7.5-ton vehicle safely and efficiently to transport goods and packages to various locations within Preston and the surrounding areas.
• Follow designated routes and adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods while providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Handle packages with care, ensuring they are loaded and unloaded securely to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any deviations from the planned route or schedule.
• Up to 20 stops..

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license with category C1 entitlement for 7.5-ton vehicles.
• Proven experience as a 7.5-ton driver, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and adherence to regulations.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• CPC and Tacho
• Excellent local knowledge of Haydock, St Helens and Windle is essential.

Monday - Friday start 8:30am

We offer competitive pay at a rate of £15.07 per hour + 28 days paid holidays per year.

After 12 week's pay rate raise up to £16.05/h and you start getting overtime rate after 40h x 1.5
