Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver (HGV Class 2)
Location: Horsham (Oakhurst Business Park, Southwater)
Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) + bonus & benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday & daytime hours only

We're looking for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative with a valid HGV Class 2 licence to join our logistics team.

This is a primarily warehouse-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required. You'll support our transport team by covering delivery routes during holidays and absence, helping us maintain excellent service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
• Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)
• Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

What we're looking for

• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Flexible approach - happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)
