What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive hands-on training and mentoring directly from experienced industry leaders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and developing relationships with clients and senior industry professionals

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-calibre candidates

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement

• Arranging interviews and managing candidate and client feedback

• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the onboarding process

• Conducting market mapping and industry research

• Building and maintaining professional networks

• Generating new business opportunities through market intelligence and relationship building

• Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments

• Working towards individual and team performance targets
