Role Overview
We are seeking sharp, entrepreneurial Junior Analysts to join our London office full-time.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with highly experienced principles.
Real Estate Project Associate
You’ll work closely with the principles on high-end residential development projects in Prime Central London (e.g., Kensington), helping us manage timelines, lender documents, planning submissions, and everything in between.
What You’ll Do:
- Track key project milestones and real estate deal timelines
- Organize documents from lawyers, architects, and lenders
- Follow up with stakeholders and help push deals over the line
- Maintain internal folders and systems (Google Drive, email, Evernote)
- Create summary decks and memos for internal updates
- Help with admin and operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and organised — you love crossing things off lists
- Comfortable emailing solicitors, architects, and banks to get things done
- Basic understanding of property development or finance
- Tech-savvy: you can manage Google Sheets, email threads, and file systems
- Based in London and ready to work in person, full-time
Markets & Investment Analyst
• Monitor U.S. Equity markets (primarily S&P 500) and global macro indicators
• Study options pricing, volatility surfaces, and generate concise summaries
• Support hedging strategy through futures and ETF monitoring
• Track real estate deal timelines, lender documentation, and transaction processes
• Organize internal filing systems, including email, investment documents, and project folders
• Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing future analyst interns
• Prepare ad hoc research and operational reports for principals
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Deep intellectual curiosity about global markets, options, and macro-economics
• High personal discipline and accountability — comfortable working without micromanagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys building systems and solving problems
• Strong organizational skills; can manage data, emails, and project workflows meticulously
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
Skills Required
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially U.S. Equities and derivatives
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general tech literacy
• Comfort with basic data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Familiarity with real estate investment concepts a plus
Other Details:
• 5 days per week, in-person attendance required in London
• Sponsorship Visa available
• Preference for candidates with prior finance, trading, real estate, or investment experience
