Bid Manager for Leading Architecture Practice

I'm delighted to be working with a highly respected, global architecture practice to recruit an experienced Bid Manager for their growing London team.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission

• Developing winning strategies and creating compelling, client-focused proposals

• Leading kick-off meetings and coordinating input from technical and senior stakeholders

• Researching clients and tailoring submissions to maximise success

• Managing bid programmes and ensuring deadlines are met

• Supporting interview preparation, presentations and award submissions

• Identifying opportunities to improve bid processes and make greater use of AI and bid technology

I'm looking to speak with experienced bid specialists who have:

✔ Bid management experience within the built environment (architecture, engineering, construction or related sectors)

✔ Excellent writing and project management skills

✔ Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex submissions

✔ A proactive, organised approach and a real passion for producing winning bids
