CozensWain is looking for a Territory Sales Manager

Job description

The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience supporting spine procedures in the operating theatre. This candidate should be comfortable working closely with spinal surgeons, managing complex clinical cases, and building strong relationships across their territory. The candidate should be able to identify growth opportunities, manage their sales pipeline effectively, and communicate efficiently with internal teams while in the field.



Responsibilitie

  • sEstablish and maintain relationships with spine surgeons and key healthcare professional
  • sProvide clinical and technical support during spinal procedures, including degenerative, deformity, and fusion case
  • sSupport case planning and ensure effective utilisation of spinal implant and enabling technology portfolio
  • sDeliver product training and education on spinal instrumentation, biologics, and surgical technique
  • sIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the territor
  • yMeet and exceed territory sales target
  • sTrack and report sales activity in an organised manne
  • rCommunicate effectively with other members of the tea

Qualificatio

  • nsBachelor's degree preferr
  • ed2–5 years of medical device sales or spine experien
  • ceExperience supporting spinal implant, navigation, robotics, or enabling technology procedures preferr
  • edStrong clinical aptitude, communication, and relationship-building skil
  • lsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM softwa
  • reAbility to travel extensively within the assigned territo
