Accounts Senior / Client Manager – Reading

£45,000 – £65,000 (DOE) | Hybrid Working | Clear Progression

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice in Reading that’s looking to appoint an Accounts Senior / Client Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, wants more ownership, and is looking for a clear route into senior leadership.

The Role

• Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Reviewing VAT returns, bookkeeping, and tax work
• Producing and reviewing management accounts
• Providing advice and support to clients on a range of matters
• Supporting and mentoring junior and semi senior team members

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
• Strong background within a UK accountancy practice
• Experience managing or supporting a client portfolio
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
