Operations Manager - Autonomous Vehicles & Urban Mobility | London

£114,000 | 6-Month Contract - PAYE | Hybrid | Central London

Autonomous vehicles are coming to London. And someone needs to make sure they actually work here.

Not in a lab. On Red Routes, outside Wembley on a Champions League night, in rooms with TfL and borough councils who've never dealt with a fleet like this before. This is that role.

• 6-month contract, inside IR35 - PAYE - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
• Hybrid - 3 days onsite Tue-Thurs, central London

What you'll need

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, urban planning, or consulting
• Experience managing in complex, regulated urban environments
• Strong stakeholder skills - TfL, councils, regulators, senior internal teams
• Comfortable using data (Tableau, Looker) to drive decisions
• Ride-sharing, AV, or London market experience is a real bonus

The day-to-day

• Fleet positioning, real-time service quality, Red Route compliance, event logistics (Wembley, Wimbledon, the O2), and building the community trust that makes it all stick.
