The Rol

eActivus Recruitment is supporting a well-established engineering business in the Kintore area with the recruitment of a Stores Person to support their operational and assembly teams

.This is a hands-on role responsible for the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, components, and finished goods. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate stock control, and timely supply to internal departments, all while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation

.This is a safety-critical role and would suit someone with previous stores or warehouse experience who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork

Key Responsibiliti

• esReceive incoming goods in line with company procedures, including safe loading and unloadi
• ngCheck deliveries for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving discrepancies where requir
• edCorrectly label and tag all incoming stock to ensure full traceabili
• tyRecord all stock movements accurately and in a timely manner using internal syste
• msLiaise closely with the Assembly Supervisor to meet daily production and material requiremen
• tsPick, prepare, and load customer orders, ensuring correct documentation and safe handli
• ngCarry out stock takes and cycle counts, reporting discrepancies and supporting investigatio
• nsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe stores environment at all tim
