£60,000- £70,000 per annum dependent on experience

Bridgestaff Group are working with a leading construction business who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Commercial professional (ideally from a main contracting background) who enjoys working in a close-knit team and delivering successful projects.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the commercial performance across multiple projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving successful financial and contractual outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial performance of multiple projects
• Procurement, valuations, cost control, and financial reporting
• Contract administration and risk management
• Supporting delivery from pre-construction through to completion
• Collaborating closely with operational teams and clients

• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships while protecting commercial interests
• Confident in contracts, negotiations, and project performance
• Demolition experience is desirable but not essential
