Medical Sales Representative

Inizio is working with a global medical device company specialising in urology, pelvic health, and gastrointestinal healthcare. This is a strong opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional to join a specialist team, learn from experienced colleagues, and build a long-term career in the medical devices industry.


You’ll work with hospitals, theatres, and outpatient clinics across East Anglia, supporting healthcare professionals with products that help improve patient care.


The Role

As Medical Sales Representative you’ll support sales activity across East Anglia and develop your knowledge of the urology market. You’ll receive training on the products, customers, and clinical settings, while gradually taking on more responsibility across the territory.


This role would suit someone who is confident, curious, organised, and motivated to build a commercial career in healthcare.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Supporting sales growth across the East Anglia territory
  • Building relationships with clinicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
  • Learning how to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Supporting existing customers and helping ensure a positive experience
  • Assisting with product demonstrations, installations, and training
  • Attending exhibitions, clinical events, and customer meetings
  • Keeping CRM records, territory plans, and forecasts up to date
  • Working closely with the wider sales and support teams
  • Developing strong product and therapy area knowledge


Essential Requirements


  • Graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related subject
  • Some sales, customer-facing, healthcare, clinical, or life sciences experience would be useful
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Well organised and able to manage your time effectively
  • Full UK driving licence
