Sales Manager – Car Finance

Location - Manchester

Salary – Upto £70,000 DOE OTE - £80,000 +

Hours: Monday–Friday – No weekends

Start date: ASAP

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and driving team performance while ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day management of the sales function
• Coaching and motivating Account Managers to exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Driving high standards of customer service to maximise repeat business and referrals
• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes
• Promoting company values and maintaining a high-performance culture

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced leader who thrives in a target-driven environment.

You will have:

• 3 years + experience in a Sales Manager role
• Background in automotive sales or FCA-regulated industry (preferred)
• Experience opening or scaling a new branch, team, or function
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
