Senior Sales Assistant – Menswear

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Commission + Bonus

Location: Central London

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience at all times
• Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge across menswear and accessories
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
• Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding individual targets
• Uphold the brand’s standards of presentation and service excellence

Requirements:

• Previous experience within luxury menswear or a premium retail environment
• Strong styling sensibility with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• A client-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
