They are now looking to appoint an Assistant Account Manager a key operational role that underpins the smooth running of the business. Youll play a central part in ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service while keeping candidate activity organised, accurate and moving at pace. In a busy environment where things change quickly, youll be the steady hand that keeps everything on track.

What the role involves

This is a varied, hands-on position with real influence over day-to-day operations. Typical duties include:

  • Building strong working relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a reliable and professional service.

  • Supporting both recruitment and transport planning activities.

  • Managing the full candidate lifecycle from application to placement.

  • Screening, shortlisting and assessing candidates to ensure suitability.

  • Completing references and maintaining full compliance across all processes.

  • Coordinating daily schedules, availability and workforce planning.

  • Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and social platforms.

  • Growing candidate reach through networking and social media engagement.

  • Providing essential administrative and operational support to the wider team.
