We are currently looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join us at our Engineering Services in the positions of Plater/Welder and Machinist Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity, with yearly salary increases, to work towards becoming a fully skilled engineer at one of the UK's leading building material manufacturers.

Vacancy description

The Role includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensuring the efficient and safe Fabrication of Parts to specification by utilising the skills taught during your training
  • Carrying out on-site maintenance during schedules maintenance periods and installation of fabricated equipment as required
  • Carrying out pre-use inspections and logging/reporting faults as they are identified

  • Salary will be reviewed throughout apprenticeship
  • The first year of the apprenticeship includes residential training in Birmingham.
