Role Overview As a junior Accountant, youll support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate and timely financial information that helps drive key business decisions, you will be a leading figure in the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, food production environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assist/lead with new ERP implementation. Collate and analyse data and provide reports to production on performance. Assist in stock control and cost accounting for raw materials and finished goods. Collaborate with production and procurement team to ensure financial accuracy. Help prepare for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. What Were Looking For 2 years experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG Use of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. (ideally Business central) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Sage payroll) and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team What We Offer Competitive salary.
