Location: Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne (office-based)
Working pattern: Full-time | MondayThursday finish 4pm, Friday finish 3pm

Are you a confident, target-driven sales professional looking for a role where your effort directly shapes your earnings? Shoptimised is an award-winning Ecommerce software company, and we're building a brand-new outbound sales team. This is a great opportunity to join at the ground level, with genuine progression prospects and a close-knit team culture.

You'll be reporting to the Sales Manager and working from our Newcastle office, prospecting new clients within our core target market, managing your own pipeline, and securing new Shoptimised subscriptions.

What you'll be doing
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities across multiple sales channels
Contacting cold and warm leads via telephone, email, and direct mail to build new client relationships
Supporting monthly and quarterly new business targets
Achieving agreed KPIs to develop your personal and company sales pipeline
Building and maintaining a database of leads and potential new business contacts using our CRM and prospecting software

What you'll bring
Proven experience in a high-volume sales environment
A track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
Confidence on the phone and in written communications
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to hitting targets

What's on offer
£28,000 basic salary with OTE of circa £35,000 in year one
