We Are Hiring | Independent Sales Contractor – UK & Ireland

Citizen Care Health Solutions is expanding our UK sales operations and we are looking for a senior NHS sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running.

This is not an entry-level role. This is not for someone who simply knows the NHS. This is for someone who has spent the last 10 to 12 years closing deals inside it.

THE ROLE

Title: Independent Sales Contractor – UK & Ireland Type: Contract, remote work. UK travel required for in-person client meetings. Experience Required: 10 years in NHS, POCT, diagnostics.

Base and HIGH Commissions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Active working relationships across regional NHS Trusts and GP offices at decision-maker level — POCT Leads, Lab Managers, Clinical Directors, GP Practice Managers, and Procurement contacts
• Knowledge of UKAS accreditation and the ISO 15189:2022 standard and what it means operationally for POCT programmes
• Strong POCT expertise — devices, workflow, governance frameworks, and site-level pain points including inspection readiness
• Knowledge of integrating POCT with EMR systems, Cerner and Epic
• Proven track record closing and selling through NHS procurement — frameworks, ICBs and private hospitals sector.

• Able to structure and progress NHS pilot programmes from scope through to commercial conversion
• Understanding of NHS innovation funding routes — AHSNs, SBRI Healthcare, ICB innovation budgets, and university research grant programmes
• Able to sell and position AI clearly — translating clinical and financial value for NHS and private medical buyers
• Technically credible — comfortable engaging with clinical informatics, IT leads, and procurement teams on technical requirements

Citizen Care Connects any POCT device to any EMR via AI secured cloud base platform, with AI intelligence Centre.

• Certification management — automatic device lock-out for expired users
• CCH Boost AI, Inspection ready, automated compliance monitoring, and Rapid Alert for infectious disease outbreak detection, data analytics.
