Class 1 Night Driver

Accelerate Personnel are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Class 1 Night Driver within the Thetford area for permanent night work. Our well established client is a friendly, family owned logistics business offering secure, long term employment and excellent earning potential.

As a Class 1 Night Driver, you will be responsible for completing nightly pallet hub trunk runs using curtain sided vehicles. You will ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

You will be required to carry out all vehicle checks prior to departure, complete all relevant paperwork, and return documentation to the transport office at the end of each shift.

Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional service, therefore you will be expected to maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with valid Class 1 entitlement
Minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience
Valid Driver CPC Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Experience operating curtain-sided vehicles
Professional and personable attitude

What Accelerate Personnel can offer:
£43,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working pattern
Approximate working hours of 19:00 06:00 (with potential for earlier finishes)
20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
