CLASS 2 DRIVER - FROZEN FOODS DISTRIBUTION | ME20, KENT


We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established frozen foods distribution company based in ME20, Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, consistent hours, immediate start potential, and a competitive pay rate.

Key Details
Location: ME20, Kent
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Start Times: Between 4:00am - 6:00am
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday
Shift Length: Approx. 10 hours (depending on runs)

The Role
Delivering frozen food products to customers and distribution centres
Multi-drop deliveries across London and the South, within Working Time Regulations
Routes typically range from 5-6 drops initially, progressing up depending on experience and route planning,
Drivers will not be started on high drop volumes immediately and may be buddied up during initial shifts
Some routes involve closely located drops (e.g. London areas), while longer-distance runs will have fewer drops

Manual Handling
Handballing involved
Offloading required at each drop
Goods include palletised stock and crates
No cages used

Requirements
Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid CPC Qualification Card
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
Reliable, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Induction & Start
Induction and paid training day provided tomorrow
Successful candidates can move onto shifts from Thursday
Full onboarding support provided, including buddying where required
