Class 1 HGV Driver

DriveStaff Recruitment is currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a well-established general haulage operation based in Stockport.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular ongoing work with immediate starts and consistent hours.

What We Offer for theClass 1 HGV Driver

• From £17.50 per hour
• Weekly PAYE pay
• Ongoing work available
• Immediate starts
• 06:00 start times
• Curtainsider or Flat Bed work available

The Class 1 HGV Driver Role

• General haulage deliveries and collections
• Curtainsider and Flat Bed vehicles
• Deliveries to construction, commercial and industrial sites
• Monday to Friday work available
• Long-term opportunities

Class 1 HGV Driver Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
• Minimum 12 months holding the relevant licence
• Previous Curtainsider experience
• Previous Flat Bed experience
• Over 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No DD, DR or TT endorsements
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
