Senior Support Worker

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our Salford team, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and intensive support needs in our Eccles service.

This role involves providing respectful personal care, administering medication, and assisting service users with daily tasks. You will work closely with individuals, their families, colleagues, and professionals, ensuring the best outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee staff development, including training, supervision, and appraisal, while supporting managers with business planning, service improvements, and regulatory compliance.

We require a minimum of two years’ experience in care, a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, and previous staff supervision experience.
