About the Role

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment. You will receive on-the-job training while studying towards a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities.

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities.

• Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Supporting children's social, emotional, and physical development.

• Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and outdoor play.

• Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
