Are you passionate about helping others live their best lives?
Do you want a role that’s both rewarding and meaningful?
Are you looking for a career where no two days are ever the same?
Whether you’re new to care or already experienced, we’re looking for caring, enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly residential team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a fulfilling career while making a real difference in people’s everyday lives.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a residential setting, supporting adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, who may use wheelchairs, be non-verbal, or have complex support needs.
As this is their home, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living while helping them live as independently and meaningfully as possible.
You’ll work to a planned rota, which provides consistency and structure, and includes a mix shifts.
Every day is different — from supporting morning routines and preparing meals, to helping people enjoy hobbies, social activities, and community outings. Nightshift roles focus on ensuring individuals are safe, comfortable, and supported overnight.
Typical Duties Include
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal care
- Assisting with meals, medication (with training), and household tasks
- Supporting people to access the community and take part in activities
- Providing 1:1 support for individuals with complex needs
- Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Working as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality care
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Caring, kind, and compassionate
- Reliable and able to commit to a set rota, including weekend working
- A great communicator and team player
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable supporting people with personal care needs
Experience in care is preferred but not essential — we also value transferable skills from sectors like customer service, hospitality, education, or volunteering.
What We Offer
- Full training and ongoing support
- A fully funded SVQ qualification
- Career progression opportunities
- A friendly, inclusive team environment
- 32 days’ holiday, rising to 37 with service
- Free PVG checks throughout your employment
- Discounts through Blue Light Card and Concerts for Carers schemes
If you’re caring, committed, and ready to make a real difference in people’s lives every day, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and start a rewarding career where your work truly matters.
