Location: Shropshire (Various Residential & Community settings)

Pay Rate: Competitive (Dependent on experience & shift type)

We are seeking dedicated, empathetic, and experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team across Shropshire. If you have a proven track record of supporting vulnerable young people and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you today.

You will be providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and feel safe. This role spans both residential care homes and community-based support.

Available Shifts Include:

• Day Shifts

• Waking Nights

• Sleep-ins

• Bank Holidays

• Proven Experience: You must have prior experience working with children in a residential or community care setting.

• Resilience & Empathy: A calm demeanor, thick skin, and a big heart are essential for navigating challenging behaviors and emotional breakthroughs.

• Adaptability: Ability to hit the ground running and adapt to different environments and routines quickly.

• Mobility: A clean UK driving license is preferable but not essential (as long as you can reliably travel to shifts across Shropshire).
