Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) Days & Nights Available

• Location:Bardon Hill, Coalville

• Pay Rates:

  • Days:£13.37 per hour

  • Nights:£14.63 per hour

• Shift Pattern:4 On / 4 Off Rotation

• Working Hours:12-hour shifts (06:00 18:00 or 18:00 06:00)

• Job Type:Full-time, Ongoing

Magnus Searchis currently recruiting for experiencedForklift Drivers (Counterbalance)to join our team at a high-volume distribution site in Bardon Hill, Coalville. We are offering stable, ongoing roles across both day and night shifts on a predictable 4 On / 4 Off rotation, allowing you to plan your schedule months in advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating aCounterbalance Forkliftsafely within a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Loading and unloading heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) efficiently.

• Moving, stacking, and organizing pallets to maximize storage capacity.

• Conducting standard pre-operational vehicle safety checks daily.

• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Certification:You must hold a valid, externally accredited Counterbalance licence.

• Experience:A minimum of1 year of experienceoperating a forklift in a similar environment is required.

• Assessment:All successful candidates must pass a mandatoryon-site practical assessment.

• Attitude:A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to Health & Safety.
