About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils both in and outside the classroom to help them access learning successfully.
Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.
Support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting.
Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEND, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs.

Are eager to learn, develop, and progress within education.
