Salary: £85£105 per day, depending on experience

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils both in and outside the classroom to help them access learning successfully.

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support where required.

  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.

  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.

  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting.

  • Have experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEND, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
