Location: Birmingham (Jewellery Quarter)

Salary: £27,100 basic + Uncapped Commission (No Thresholds)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the full 360 recruitment process : from business development to candidate placement

Build and maintain long‐term client and candidate relationships

Consult and advise clients on hiring strategies

Source, screen and place the best talent within your specialist sector

Work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment , supported by a close‐dedicated team
