Junior / Midweight Graphic Designer

A leading independent brand and design consultancy is looking for a Junior or Midweight Graphic Designer to join a small, high-calibre creative team in London. You'll work directly alongside a Creative Director and CEO/CCO on global briefs spanning brand identity, retail, environmental graphics, digital and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute ideas and creative thinking throughout the design process

Design independently to bring creative direction to life

Collaborate across strategy, interiors, content and production teams

Prepare artwork and assets with accuracy and attention to detail

Skills & Experience

Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related discipline

Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)

Figma knowledge a bonus

Portfolio showing breadth across brand, print and digital - no dry or uninspired work

Salary

£26,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Location

London · Hybrid (3 days in office)
