The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build relationships with primary and secondary schools (working hours – 7:30AM – 5:00PM)

Source, interview, and place teachers and support staff

Manage the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement

Develop your own client base and candidate network

Work towards individual revenue targets

Deliver a high level of service in a fast-moving environment

What we're looking for

Ambitious and competitive individuals

Confident communicators (phone-based experience preferred)

Strong work ethic and resilience

Organised, proactive, and target-driven

Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle

No recruitment experience needed — full training provided.
