Harris Academy Beulah Hill is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Year to join their committed pastoral team. In this non-teaching role, you will lead the pastoral needs of your year group, developing effective systems to support students in fulfilling their educational potential.
The role offers a supportive environment within an engaged team, ensuring all students are supported to thrive. The actual salary ranges from £36,036 to £38,357 for a 38-week year at 40 hours per week.
