What you'll be doing: Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, benefits, and claims
Assisting customers with their health insurance applications, renewals, and account queries
Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams
Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system
What we're looking for: Previous customer service experience (insurance or healthcare background is a plus)
Strong communication skills – clear, compassionate, and confident
A problem-solver who thrives on delivering great service and building trust
Ambition to grow within the insurance or healthcare sector
