Job Title: Junior to Mid Designer (Paid Social / Content)
Location: London (Hybrid) Type: Freelance (Ongoing)
Rate: £170 per day (£32-£34,000 equivalent)
Overview Working with a top fast-growing creative agency building out their design team.
This role sits within a performance-focused environment, producing high-volume creative across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
It's less about perfect portfolios and more about what you've created recently and how you think about creative in-market.
The role Design paid social ads across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
Produce high-volume content across multiple brands
Work primarily across stills, with some video/motion where possible
Contribute to creative thinking and campaign output
Iterate work based on performance and feedback
What they're looking for Junior to mid-level designer
Experience across social content and/or paid social
Strong understanding of content formats and what performs
Ability to work at pace and manage multiple outputs
Recent work you can clearly talk through
Nice to have Motion or video editing experience
Familiarity with AI tools in your workflow
Exposure to fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
The setup Ongoing freelance role
£170 per day baseline
Hybrid working with a London-based team (flexible)
Working across high-growth consumer brands
