What you'll be doing

Speak with customers face‐to‐face on behalf of leading UK brands

Learn how to communicate clearly and confidently in real situations

Build rapport and create positive customer interactions

Develop confidence through daily repetition and coaching

Work in a supportive, fast‐paced team environment

Track personal performance and improve through feedback

You'll receive full training covering:

Communication and customer engagement

Professional brand representation

Confidence building in face‐to‐face environments

Understanding performance and personal development

Training is ongoing, with daily coaching from experienced team leaders and industry experts.
