Excellent communication skills – clear, friendly, and solution-focused

What's in it for you? Competitive base salary (£25,000 – £28,000)

Quarterly performance bonuses

Hybrid working – flexibility to work from home and the London or Manchester office

Structured training and clear career progression pathways
