This is a high-profile internal audit role offering deep, end‐to‐end exposure across a complex global supply chain, from sourcing, through to logistics, planning and distribution. The role provides direct visibility to senior leadership, Group Audit and Risk Committee and the Board, with your work shaping strategic decision‐making.

Operating at scale across multiple markets, the business continues to invest heavily in strengthening governance, resilience and regulatory compliance as it expands into new products, markets and transformation initiatives.
Description
Plan and deliver risk‐based internal audits across the end‐to‐end supply chain, assessing the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
Provide independent assurance over sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, inbound logistics, stock integrity, warehousing and distribution.
Evaluate supplier governance, resilience, sustainability and third‐party dependencies across a global supplier base.
Assess forecasting and planning processes, including data quality, master data governance and Sales and Operations Planning discipline.
Review business continuity and resilience across manufacturing sites, logistics routes and other critical supply chain nodes.
Validate second line activity delivered through the Business Management System
Assess readiness for new market entries, new product categories and major transformation programmes.
Identify systemic issues, recurring themes and cross‐functional improvement opportunities, producing clear, concise reports for senior leadership, Group ARC and Board‐level forums.
Profile
Proven experience within internal audit or an equivalent assurance or risk function, with a strong focus on supply chain operational audits
Professionally qualified (eg ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIA)
Working knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory frameworks
Experience operating within complex, regulated and multinational environments.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, exercising sound professional judgement and operating as an independent assurance provider.
Able to think holistically across the supply chain and articulate insights that drive meaningful, practical improvement.
Job Offer
Annual Salary of £63,000 - £68,000 per annum
Car Allowance & Annual bonus
UK‐based role with hybrid working (3 days a week in Nottinghamshire)
